We recently had the pleasure of working with Siga Solar and their sales representative Elson on installing solar panels on our home. From start to finish, the process was seamless and stress-free. We had a 6.5kWh hybrid setup and Elson was professional, knowledgeable, and always available to answer any questions we had.
What we appreciated most about Siga Solar was their attention to detail and commitment to quality. They went above and beyond to ensure that every aspect of the installation was perfect, from the initial consultation to the final inspection and extra support as well.
Overall, we couldn’t be happier with our experience working with Siga Solar, Elson and engineer Bob. The team is small but they pack a punch. They certainly lift above their weight class in the crowded solar industry here in the Philippines. They exceeded our expectations in every way and we would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy solar installer. Elson is currently working on our Net Metering and again he was very professional and trustworthy. They did such an awesome job that we are currently considering a second battery from them!
UPDATE - Aug 23, 2023
We finally bit the bullet and acquired a 2nd battery from Siga Solar. The team as professional as ever showed up and installed the battery, did some testing to make sure the battery is working well and followed up with me.
Unfortunately, a few days into the testing I noticed that the batteries were not performing as expected. I reached out and they were always responding and assisting with troubleshooting. Eventually I reached out to the manufacturer and with some testing it was determined that the batteries were of different voltages and was advised to get a replacement to match the other. Reach out to Siga Solar with the feedback from the manufacturer and they were more than happy to swap a battery out.
I was expecting at least a few weeks for the swapping out but was pleasantly surprised it only took a couple days. They came and swapped the battery out and now the system works as expected.
Thank you Siga Solar (Lucilla, Elson, engineer Bob and the entire team) for making this an awesome experience despite the setbacks!!
I will certainly recommend you Elson and your team for anything solar.
